BrandTech Titrette Bottletop Burette with RS232 Communications Interface, 10mL.

Titrette is the first bottle-top burette to meet class A error limits for glass burettes. In addition, it stands out for easy titration, a compact design, excellent precision, and an exchangeable dosing unit. You can use the Titrette to titrate quickly and reliably, even with restricted space and independent of available power connections – in the laboratory, in production, or in the field.

The included communication interface (RS 232) can be connected to a USB port using a commercially available USB/RS 232 adapter and read the data from the device using the Titrette software. This version of the device offers the following advantages:

• Transcription errors are eliminated when copying the primary data because the titration results are automatically transmitted to the PC by double-clicking on the CLEAR button. This fulfills an important GLP requirement.

• All raw data is recorded simultaneously. With each data transfer, the burette sends the titrated volume, the serial number of the instrument, the nominal volume and the adjustment value, as well as the next scheduled calibration date.

The data transmitted by the instrument is treated as keyboard input from the PC. This universal input format ensures that the instrument is compatible with all PC applications that accept keyboard inputs.

The Titrette bottletop burette is supplied with: 45mm thread, telescoping filling tube (170-330mm), recirculation tube, 2 batteries (AAA/UM4/LR03), 3 bottletop adapters, 2 amber colored light shield inspection windows, performance certificate, and operating manual.

Additionally included with RS232 interface: 2m interface cable (9-pin, sub-D plug connector), and CD (driver software and open RS232 communication protocol).
