Pipette Supplies, Inc. stocks and ships spare parts, tools, and batteries. Pipettes and pipette tips ship directly from the manufacturer.

Orders ship same-day from our fulfillment center in Texas if they are placed by 2:00 p.m. CST. We offer a flat $9.45 FedEx Ground rate and a flat $14.05 FedEx Home Delivery rate for orders under 5lbs in the contiguous 48 states. If you need it sooner than Ground delivery, we offer several other options. Regardless of where we ship, you will never see a handling fee. We pass our bulk discount pricing from FedEx to you. Our site calculates your shipping cost prior to commitment to place an order.

Some products you order may not be immediately available. Upon check-out, you can choose for us to ship the complete order or ship a partial order. You’ll be able to specify which products are most urgent or any other shipping instructions in the comments area in check-out. We will send you a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can also track your order in your order history. Just log into your account using your email address and password, then click on your order number in your order history. The tracking number will appear under the Status; Tracking column. If you click on the link, it will take you to the tracking information for your order.

We do not require a signature receipt. However, there are instances where delivery drivers may require signature.

We recycle our boxes and encourage others to do the same.

**Pipette Supplies, Inc. is not responsible for stolen or missing packages once they have been marked delivered by FedEx. If you are missing your package after delivery, please contact FedEx at 1.800.463.3339. If you would like to request a signature requirement for delivery, please contact us before submitting your order.**


International Shipping

Pipette Supplies does not use distributors; but instead ships worldwide. Adding a distributor layer would dilute our centralized, vast inventory and increase product cost. Our site will calculate the precise shipping cost prior to your commitment to order. Unfortunately, we cannot ship via Parcel Post due to the inability to track your order.

Note: We do not ship via Ground to Canada due to the high clearance fees. If you would like to ship Ground to Canada and have your own broker, please contact us at 817-483-9883 or via the Contact Us form.


Returns and Exchanges

Pipette parts must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us for the RA# and return shipping address.

The return and/or exchange of pipettes and pipette tips are based upon manufacturer warranty. Please contact us for a specific current manufacturer policy.
