Pipet-Lite XLS+, Lip Seal, Single Channel, 200μL.

This lip seal is for the Rainin Pipet-Lite XLS+ and E4-XLS+ pipettes.

* Grease is necessary for this seal (2XLSGR or 2XLSGR55). Lip seal must be mounted with the hollow side facing the bottom of the instrument.

Note: You may convert a Pipet-Lite or Pipet-Lite XLS to the XLS+ sealing system. If your 200ul instrument has a black seal retainer, you may use it with this lip seal. If your instrument has a white seal retainer, it needs a black one which may only be obtained by Rainin.

While, the white seal retainer appears to accommodate the new lip seal, there is a risk of premature lip seal failure due to improper fit/movement. Over the course of aspirating and dispensing, at different volumes, accuracy and precision will be affected in the short-to-long term, resulting in an early lip seal breakdown.
