What happens when an item is backordered?

We don't like backorders any more than you do. Thus, we try to maintain a plentiful stock. But if this happens, you will be notified immediately and can make a decision on how you'd like to proceed (i.e. partial shipment, ship complete, etc.).

My order never arrived! What now?

If your order was placed on-line, you can track it here. If your order was placed using another method, call us and we'll get you a tracking number. You can also find your tracking number on the email sent to you when the FedEx package ships. With your tracking number, you can also check at www.fedex.com to further provide this information.

Can I cancel an order?

Certainly, but please do so as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on quick shipping, so we want to stop the package before it leaves our warehouse.

How quickly does my order ship after placing it?

Pipettes, tips and some accessories are shipped from the manufacturers. They typically ship in 3 days. Parts, tools and batteries that are shipped from our facility are typically shipped the same day if the order is received by 2:00pm CST. You will be notified if there is any delay.

Do I get an email confirmation?

When your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking email. On-line orders can be tracked via our website, or you can just give us a call anytime you'd like an update.

Pricing Information

Do you charge tax?

No, except for resellers in the state of Texas. Our offices are located in the state of Texas. Therefore, Texas state law requires that we charge tax on sales of goods for resale. If you are in Texas and do not intend to resell our goods, please contact us here so we can provide you the proper tax exemption documents.

We accept VISA, MasterCard & American Express. We are also equipped to accept ACH direct deposits. Purchase Orders are also accepted from credit approved organizations. For our international customers, wire transfers are also an option.
